Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous property manager to manage our commercial real estate properties. The role involves overseeing property operations to enhance asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of assigned properties
Coordinate maintenance requests to meet standards
Foster positive relationships with tenants
Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
Facilitate lease renewals
Maintain property operating expense records
Handle accounts payable
Manage violation and lien remediation
Ensure vendor and contractor quality control
Sort, scan, and archive documents
Complete property-related checklists
Oversee insurance-related tasks, including inspections, policy purchases, and renewals
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Property Management
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks Online
Customer-focused with a bottom-line orientation
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Experience with Propertyware is advantageous
