We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee high-end residential and multifamily Shell construction projects in Sarasota, FL. This role involves leading multiple projects, ensuring they meet design, schedule, and budget requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shell construction , exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding results.

Proven experience working with Shell contractors is required.

✅ Lead the daily planning and execution of construction projects to meet design specifications, schedules, and financial goals.

✅ Establish project governance standards and utilize project management software for effective oversight.

✅ Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication.

✅ Address and resolve escalated issues, propose operational improvements, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

✅ Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

✅ Supervise subcontractor payments, project scope, and compliance with health and safety standards.

✅ Provide detailed reports on construction progress to stakeholders.

✅ Plan resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of intermediate project phases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Construction Project Management, with a focus on Shell construction and multifamily projects.
• Proven and verifiable experience working with Shell contractors is required.
• OSHA (10-hour) certification required; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
