Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our dynamic events team. In this role, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish, working closely with various teams to ensure the success of each event.

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you'll gain hands-on experience in event management and customer relations while helping to promote our clients' brands and create lasting impressions on attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees, vendors, and clients.
• Support the event team in delivering seamless experiences by assisting with event set-up, management, and breakdown.
• Help maintain event schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
• Communicate with clients and customers to gather event information and feedback.
• Assist in creating event materials and promotional content to attract attendees.
• Work with internal teams to ensure event goals and objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; however, a passion for events and customer service is essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with diverse teams and clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changes quickly.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
