Job Description:

Aspinwall Plumbing is a trusted provider of plumbing and heating services. We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Project Coordinator to support our outside sales team, coordinate sold projects with customers and office staff and assist with customer service as needed. This role offers opportunities to generate sales and earn commissions based on performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the outside sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by engaging with existing and potential customers.
  • Coordinate sold projects, ensuring seamless communication between customers, office staff, and field teams.
  • Track project progress, manage documentation, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Assist with answering incoming calls, providing customer support, and directing inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer communications, and project details.
  • Collaborate with managers to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or project coordination preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Schedule & Compensation:
  • Flexible hours (Part-Time – 30 hours/week)
  • Competitive base pay, with commission opportunities based on sales performance .
