Job summary:

In home sales position at a busy fast growing family owned and operated HVAC company. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a strong background in both the technical aspects of HVAC systems and client relationship management. This role involves a blend of office tasks and fieldwork, including sales calls, job pricing, and maintaining client relationships. You will be working in conjunction with the owner and sales manager. We pride ourselves on educating customers with their options and to remain truthful about every situation.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving warm lead requests, vetting lead information, calling leads, and scheduling your own estimates.
• Performing sales calls and guiding a customer in the process of purchasing a new HVAC system. Closing sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct site visits to assess HVAC needs, provide accurate pricing, and prepare detailed proposals.
• Perform outside sales calls to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and manage the entire sales process.
• Handle administrative tasks, including paperwork, contract management, and follow-up correspondence.
• Work efficiently in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a proven track record in client relations and negotiation.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and industry practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for sales calls.

Job Requirements:

• Personable and clean presentation in both speech and appearance
• Good knowledge of English both in speech and writing.
• Must be able to understand how pricing works and it's variability
• Good negotiation skills and customer service
• At least an apprentice level knowledge of an HVAC system set up
• HVAC Field expertise preferred
• Meet Key Performance Indicators on consistent basis

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 Years in HVAC Sales:
• In-Depth HVAC Knowledge
• Client Relationship Management
• Field Sales Experience
