Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Offer exceptional customer support while maintaining professionalism and patience.
• Accurately record customer information, track interactions, and update relevant systems.
• Troubleshoot product/service issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department.
• Meet individual and team performance goals, including call resolution and customer satisfaction targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, helpful tone.
• Ability to stay calm and patient in high-volume call situations.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail (preferred but not required).
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team player.
