Job Description

Salary: 108,550 - 196,225 USD per year Requirements:

• TS/SCI with Polygraph is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, writing, and briefing skills to effectively work with senior leaders.
• Ability to coordinate, network, and communicate across the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Familiarity with counterintelligence collection management activities.
• Background in HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and/or OSINT collection and analysis.
• Experience in conceptualizing and assessing qualitative and quantitative information.
• Proficient in querying reporting databases.
• Experience working with the IC and its components, along with familiarity with its missions, disciplines, capabilities, and interrelationships.
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12-15 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research, perform rigorous time-sensitive analysis, and distill this analysis into actionable insights.
• Update collection requirements across multiple intelligence gathering disciplines.
• Respond to ad hoc requests to address high-priority emerging issues.
• Recommend and implement new solutions, processes, policies, and standards in support of functional strategy and operations.
• Engage in complex issues that typically impact multiple areas or disciplines.
• Facilitate working groups and special projects.
