Let's unleash innovation together, come join us. Responsibilities Be able to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical employees. Ensure uninterrupted operations of business-critical systems such as Fab systems and applications. Assist colleagues across the organization, including remote employees, with IT difficulties. Be responsible to cases tracing and follow-up from user or system alarm notifications. Requirements Associate degree or equivalent work experiences. Prior experience working on a Helpdesk, in IT, or similar technical function is a plus. Be willing to take the challenges and changes. Strong customer service and communication skills. Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Able to work on a compressed work week schedule including night shift if clearly communicated and committed during the hiring process.
