  • Advise on digital-first and franchise-driven production models, considering platforms such as YouTube and FAST channels.
  • Support the creation of a sustainable and scalable production framework for future Blippi content.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in live-action production for children's television, with a focus on high-quality, large-scale productions.
  • Proven success in a senior production leadership role or previous consulting experience in the industry.
  • Expertise in production workflows, budgeting, scheduling, and crew management for children's content.
  • Familiarity with hybrid live-action/animation formats is a plus.
  • Experience working with major children’s brands, franchises, and global distribution platforms (e.g., YouTube, FAST, streaming).
  • Deep knowledge of content compliance, safety regulations, and best practices in kids' entertainment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver detailed reports, training sessions, and hands-on guidance to production teams.
