The role of a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) involves providing mental health support through psychotherapy sessions and medication management, while maintaining a flexible schedule. This position allows therapists to establish or grow their private practices with the support of Headway, which facilitates insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing for mental health professionals. Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour
