Top Guy Footwear is a women's and kids shoe wholesaler that has been operating for over 20 years out of City of Industry, CA (91789). We are seeking a proactive, flexible, and highly versatile Office Assistant who can handle a wide variety of tasks and be the "Swiss Army knife" of our office. This person will be instrumental in keeping our office running smoothly by performing multiple administrative, organizational, and support functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to office staff; auditing invoices/inventory and filing.
• Maintain office supplies, order new materials when necessary, and ensure the office is clean and well organized.
• Assist in organizing meetings and events, including setting up rooms, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics.
• Be the main point of contact for general computer or building maintenance issues.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and document preparation.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
