What You’ll Do:
Use your knowledge of offset, digital, and large-format printing to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Work with Print Smith, Printers Plan, or Press Wise to generate quotes and track job costs.
Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure seamless job execution.
Help optimize processes to improve profitability and turnaround times.
Communicate with clients to provide cost-effective solutions and expert guidance.
What You Bring to the Table:
3-5+ years of print estimating experience (or similar industry experience).
Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
Familiarity with Print Smith, Printers Plan, or Press Wise software.
A detail-oriented, analytical mindset—because precision matters in print.
The ability to balance multiple projects without sacrificing accuracy.
A practical, no-nonsense approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for printing and marketing projects using Print Smith & Presswise Software.
Analyze project specifications and requirements to determine accurate pricing.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure adherence to budget.
Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and project documentation.
