Company D & A Grove Construction LLC. is a civil contractor in the electrical industry. We provide multiple services including access road installation, ROW clearing, large diameter foundation drilling, vacuum excavating, etc. We are looking to add some qualified help to our team that work well with others and can bring their experiences and knowledge to help us better serve our customers!

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager/Estimator at D & A Grove Construction LLC, located in Jonestown, PA, with some work from home opportunities available. The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include creating estimates, managing budgets, scheduling, working with subcontractors, inspecting project sites, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

Qualifications

Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and completion
Skills in Expeditor and Expediting tasks to ensure timely delivery of materials
Proficiency in Inspection and on-site evaluations to ensure quality control
Experience in Logistics Management for effective coordination of resources
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
Proficiency with project management software
Knowledge of estimating or willingness to learn
Help perform takeoffs for bids
Work well with the team
