What You'll Do:

  • Decode Platforms: Master the ever-evolving art and science of Instagram, YouTube, Snap and Pinterest (and the next thing right around the corner), leveraging data to crack algorithms and drive engagement, conversation and commerce.
  • Content Master: Conceptualize and create content that cuts through the noise on social, being the first to own trends while establishing our unique brand codes.
  • Create Iconic Campaigns: Know when to follow the rules (and when to break them) to create social-first campaigns that become cultural phenomena.
  • Build Community: Cultivate a die-hard fandom by building a culture-driven community that feels personal, obsessive and completely one-of-a-kind.
  • Stay Ahead of Culture: Know where culture is headed before anyone else does. Be the tastemaker, the nonconformist, the person who defines what's cool before it's mainstream.
  • Make Data Cool: Obsess over insights, analytics and trends to back bold ideas with the science of social success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own platform-native strategies and content calendars across NOYZ social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snap and Pinterest)
  • Lead social-driven campaigns and initiatives including strategy + plan development and 360 execution in collaboration with NOYZ team
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers, content creators and tastemakers to drive awareness, brand love and advocacy for NOYZ
  • Lead NOYZ in-house influencer programming including campaign development and curation for paid ambassador partnerships, gifting + seeding, and content creator program.
  • Partner with Sr Director, Marketing and agency partners to lead strategy and execution influencer-focused and community events
  • Utilize analytics platforms and survey competitive landscape to share insights and present cultural trends in real-time, including monthly reports, launch reports, content deep dives, and competitive benchmarking
  • Conceptualize and plan social photoshoots in partnership with marketing and creative team
  • Collaborate with Ulta, Marketing, Sales and Creative teams for content and campaign development that align with global brand objectives
  • Lead strategy and execution of community-exclusive programming, offers, and experiences shared through IG Broadcast channel and TYB in partnership with Senior Director, Marketing and DTC team.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in Social Media and Influencer Marketing, ideally in house at a beauty or lifestyle brand
  • Immersed in social landscape and understands the algorithms, best practices, and trending content for creating engaging content
  • Familiar with social commerce platforms of TikTok, IG, YT, and Snap
  • Strategic, proactive and has a keen attention to detail
  • Experience with community management, customer service and social engagement
  • Strong photography and videography skills—ability to tell stories and create compelling content
  • 24-7 pulse on all things Gen-Z and internet culture; well-versed on the latest social media trends, platforms, and services
  • Excellent copywriting skills that can effectively merge brand voice and cultural trends
  • Experience working with influencers, content creators and unleashing their best work
  • The ability to combine data-driven insights with bold, creative intuition
