ABOUT THE GIG:

Understand our clients’ business challenges and generate integrated creative ideas, develop concepts and designs that help our clients move their businesses forward Partner with copywriters and other creatives to deliver big ideas; continue to push the boundaries to find new and better ways to improve our clients’ businesses Be the lead art director on projects and productions (photo and video shoots) Present your work and develop strong client relationships Be a go-to for new business pitches and juicy client projects Help foster an inclusive, inspiring and energetic working environment that ultimately leads to great work and happy people Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including other creatives, account management, production, strategy and media Stay abreast of trends and new media formats, absorbing ideas from social, TV, art, culture, etc. Meet deadlines and requirements, from kickoff to final delivery

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of integrated production/campaign development Eye for design and executional craft A creative portfolio which displays your ability to think in inventive ways Multicultural, earned media and/or social campaign development experience a plus Salary is commensurate with your experience and quality of portfolio Employees can be expected to be paid an annualized salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions.
