As a Technical Solutions Associate in the
Technical Leadership Program , you'll get the opportunity to leverage your technical degree to solve complex business and technical challenges. You'll gain business and customer-facing acumen by rotating across our Solutions Engineering and our Sales Engineering teams, allowing you to get exposure to all aspects of working at a growth startup. If you want to use your engineering skills to help drive business growth, this position is perfect for you.
About the program - 20-month rotation program for December 2024 and May-June 2025 graduates where you'll learn: Technical selling and demoing, solution design and architecture, implementation, solution deployment, & technical strategy

What you'll gain from the program - Technical challenges: You'll learn how to own the end-to-end delivery of complex solutions, such as design, implementation, quality assurance, and deployment for our customers ranging from startups to Fortune 10 companies.
- Dynamic business exposure: You will be exposed to various facets of our growing business. You will collaborate with teams across the organization, including Product, Engineering, and Sales, gaining a broad understanding of how different functions work together.
- Business growth partnerships: You will partner with members of our Sales and Post-Sales functions to help solve problems and drive business results. You'll understand how to prioritize features and solutions that will help us win new business from startups to Fortune 10 companies.
- Impactful contributions: You will become an expert in Persona's platform products and future offerings, and directly inform Persona's product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. You'll serve as their technical advisor, helping craft solutions to their business needs by leveraging our platform's capabilities and industry best practices.
- Mentorship and growth: You will receive 1:1 mentorship directly from a member of our sales and post sales team, allowing you to learn from seasoned professionals and develop the skills needed for a successful career in the tech industry.

$90,000 - $110,000 a year
This is an entry-level role with an estimated base salary between $90,000-$110,000. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications, and more. In addition to base salary, this role offers variable compensation as well as competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission. Please note, that the salary range is a guideline that is subject to change without notice.
Location and Travel This is a full-time position based in our HQ in downtown San Francisco. Our in-office days are Tuesday - Thursday, with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday. Many associates are expected to transition into full-time positions after completing team rotations. This position may also include up to 15% travel.
