The Title Assistant intern will be based at our Scottsdale Corporate office and will learn about the escrow disbursement and title closing process for new homes while providing administrative support to the escrow team. This includes reviewing recorded documents, running title searches and issuing title commitments and policies, ordering HOA statements, communicating with escrow offices, auditing files for disbursement and performing clerical duties. This position will be full time during the summer 2025 internship program.
