Job Summary:

Nesco Resource is seeking a dedicated Hotel Recruitment Coordinator to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hospitality roles. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Shift: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Pay Rate: 17hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and management roles.
• Post job openings on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate the hiring process, including offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding.
• Build relationships with local employment agencies, colleges, and community organizations to create talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring metrics.
• Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
• High school diploma required; or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus!
