Inbound Sales - Student Loan Refinance

Yrefy is a private student loan refinance company, specializing in assisting borrowers and co-borrowers in relieving the burden of student loans, through a refinance. Our ideal candidate possesses effective communication skills, is goal driven, and has a proven track record of exceeding monthly targets. The primary responsibility of this role is to be the main point of contact for our borrowers and co-borrowers, ensuring their questions are answered, completing applications, and preparing documentation for the next phase of the loan process.

This position offers a base rate and UNCAPPED COMMISSION! We are looking for someone who has a history of earning 100k+ a year in inbound sales.

100% warm leads, NO cold calling.

Yrefy is an actual student loan lender! We originate loans and change borrower’s bad debt to good!

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with potential borrowers and co-borrowers to understand customers' needs and options.
• Gather and verify validation documents.
• Manage queue of accounts and ensure work standards are met with customers and agencies.
• Help develop company reputation with agencies and solicit referrals.
• Support borrowers and co-borrowers from initial contact through underwriting.
• Responsible for meeting monthly minimum goals/results.
• Document all information accurately in the CRM.
• Attend mandatory weekly sales meetings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience in the student lending field is preferred, but not necessary.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
• Experience in closing deals!
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Decisiveness and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:

• Three years of experience in telemarketing or outbound call center sales environment.
