The Revenue Cycle Manager will lead and manage the medical billing and coding office with a focus on maximizing cash flow. This role involves overseeing all billing operations, including coding, charge entry, claims submissions, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up. Ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and payer regulations is crucial, as is preparing and analyzing financial and accounts receivable reports. You will supervise billing office personnel to ensure efficient billing and collections operations.
