Job Description

OVERVIEW: The Title Clerk is responsible for providing customers a service which includes the vessel/trailer registration and warranty registration of their new purchase. They will also maintain product files on all inventory and offer support in various areas within the company.

KEY TASKS:

• Accurately complete the entire title work process on all new and used vessels and other purchases in a timely fashion.
• Provide good customer service to customers by providing timely processing of vessel registrations.
• Complete Mercury warranty registration entry for engine on all new vessels.
• Respond to all requests for deal or BMT files. Keep organized system of tracking file transfers.
• Other duties as assigned

• Accuracy of initial warranty registration
• Timeliness of warranty transfers
• Ability to provide assistance where needed
